RETURN & REFUND POLICY
We hope you’re satisfied with your YESCHIEF purchase. If not, returns or exchanges are accepted within 14 days of delivery for items that are unused, unworn, and in their original condition.
To initiate a return or exchange, please use our return portal below.
Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to be processed, depending on payment providers.
Please note that processing times may be extended during holiday periods. Any returns not registered through our return portal will not be processed or eligible for a refund.
Product Condition
Returned items must be unworn and in original, resellable condition. We are unable to accept returns on clothing that has been worn.
Please ensure items are tried on carefully, without exposure to strong scents (such as aftershave or perfume), and that all original tags remain intact.
All returns are subject to inspection upon receipt, and approval will be at our discretion based on the item’s condition.
Any items that do not meet these requirements will be returned to the customer and will not be eligible for a refund or exchange.
LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES
YESCHIEF is not liable for lost or stolen packages once marked as delivered.
If the shipping address provided at checkout matches the address we shipped to, and tracking confirms delivery, we are not responsible for missing packages.
If you believe your package was lost or stolen, please contact the carrier directly and reach out to us. We will assist where possible.
All risks are assumed by the courier.
EXCHANGES
We currently offer exchanges for size only on the same product. If you wish to exchange for a different item, you will need to return your original purchase and place a new order.
During the returns process, you may choose to receive either store credit or a refund to your original payment method. Store credit will be issued once your return is approved, while refunds will be processed after inspection. Please allow up to 10 business days for refunds to appear, depending on your payment provider.
